A class for building strength and stability.

A classic "Kevin" class, come ready to work hard! Focus will be on improving your strength and balance through body weight exercises and powerful movement patterns. Never expect the same thing, but always expect a workout. As always, modifications will be given for all levels.

Tuesdays from 8:00pm-9:00pm at Elbow Park Residents Association studio.
