Sunday School

Sunday School is in session. Drawing on his decades of experience in Yoga, Tai Chi, and strength training, Kevin will guide you through a series of playful and challenging movements designed to help you develop strength, balance, and gracefulness. No experience required. This is your weekly reset to move better and feel stronger.

Sundays from 1:00pm-2:00pm at Elbow Park Residents Association studio.
