Our Small Studio enables us to fit even more classes into our Drop-In Class schedule, but the studio space does limit these classes to smaller class sizes. For that reason we highly recommend using our online sign-up feature to reserve your spot. Also, please be sure to arrive *before* class start time as late arrival may result in losing your spot. If you are NOT able to attend please remove your name from the roster or contact studio as soon as possible prior to class start time to free up the spot for another client. "No shows" who fail to notify us *in advance* of a class that is fully booked will be charged for the class.
The maximum capacity for our small studio classes is:
Pilates = 9
Yoga = 10 - 12 (depending on class)
Currently we offer the following Drop-In Classes in our Small Studio:
* Mat Pilates: Monday - Saturday
* Afternoon Yoga: Monday (except Summer)
* SSF(PM): Strength, Stability & Flexibility Yoga: Monday evenings
* Restorative Yoga: Wednesday evenings
Note: You may also phone the studio to reserve a spot manually. You may not reserve a spot "Unpaid". Please be sure to talk to someone in person to ensure that you will have a spot; if you leave a message we will call you back to confirm your spot on the roster if any are available. If you are unable to attend you must phone the studio at least one hour prior to class time to avoid being charged for the class. Phone calls to the studio after Noon on Fridays may not be handled until Monday due to limited weekend desk staffing.
