C.A.T.: Critical Alignment Therapy with Corae Russell, Certified C.A.T. Teacher
Learn how to manage and work with back pain, increase mobility and improve strength. This program is best suited to active individuals (some yoga experience is helpful) who wish to get back into their workout routine without the distraction of limited movement and pain in the back, neck and shoulders, hips and knees.
This unique program utilizes specialized props and expertise to guide and enhance your experience safely and effectively, in a small group setting. This program is a progression over the course of the series of classes, with each week building on the learnings of the previous classes.
4-week program $90 + gst
Tuesdays April 21st - May 12th @ 4-5:30pm
Fridays April 17th - May 8th @ 10:30am-12pm
Please go to Registered Programs to register online or call/visit studio. Space is limited so advance registration is required. Sorry, there is no guarantee of make-up classes due to space limitations, but we will enable registered clients to switch between the two classes if space permits.
* Call studio day of class to inquire about drop-in option: $25, if there is an opening available. Previous CAT experience is required for drop-ins due to progressive nature of the registered program.
