Yoga for Runners with Kris Cox

This all-levels yoga class is geared towards runners to help develop greater flexibility in areas that are typically constricted by running, as well as move through sequences to build strength, balance, and awareness. Focus will be placed on the intention of the poses and movements to improve performance and reduce injury.
This is a drop-in class.
