Barre Classes

Barre Fusion with Kristen Dorland
Wednesdays @ 10:15 - 11:15am; July 6 - August 31 @ 9:30 -10:30am
This All Levels class incorporates the principles and movements of Barre, Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga, SSF and a variety of props into a class that will improve strength, flexibility, body-sculpting and toning and leave you feeling blissful! Note: New time for the summer: 9:30 - 10:30am, July 6th - August 31st only. (Max: 10)

Thursdays @ 9:15 - 10:15am
This All Levels class combines classical Pilates, Ballet Barre work and floor work. Learn to embody graceful movement while building long and strong muscles using classic Pilates and Ballet techniques. (Max: 10)

Power Barre with Jessica Kwong
Saturdays @ 11:15am - 12:15pm
Find your Center. Make Connections. Expand your Range. Bring out your inner dancer and power up your practice with this All Levels class focused on strength, stability, balance, and grace. (Max: 10)
