Mondays @ 9:30-11am is now CAT FLow (formerly Mindful Flow) with Corae Russell: Using the principles of Critical Alignment Yoga and Therapy, we move and flow through traditional Yoga Asanas with the assistance of props and inspiring music. Taught by a Certified C.A.T. Instructor. Although considered spicy, the movements are slow and therefore suitable for all levels. Modifications are given and students are encouraged to rest when needed.
Wednesdays @ 7:30-8:45pm is now Yin & Yang w/Sara Villamil (formerly Mindful Flow): This class offers a challenging flowing asana practice that is balanced with a calming restorative practice. The perfect class to balance your week! This class will be taught as an all levels class where beginners will safely learn the basics, while more experienced students can take the postures to new and deeper levels.
Thursdays @ 6-7:30pm is now Yoga Remix with Sara (formerly Flow Foundations): Come experience the ultimate union of music and movement. No rhythm required! Expect a fun and invigorating free-flowing class that encourages creativity. The perfect activity to jump start your weekend. All levels welcome, however some yoga experience will be helpful.
