A class designed specifically for the changing needs of your body during pregnancy. Enjoy strengthening & relaxing while preparing your body for childbirth, making your prenatal experience more enjoyable and comfortable.
Mondays October 27th ~ December 8th @ 6-7:15pm with Natalia
Tuesdays October 28th ~ December 9th @ 7:30-8:45pm with Sara
Wednesdays October 29th ~ December 10th @ 1:15-2:30pm with Natalia

7 weeks = $133 + gst; 5 & 6 week options also available* (rates prorated accordingly)
Drop In = $20, if space permits (always room in Wednesday class, contact studio "day of" for evening classes)
* We do our best to accommodate your potential absences by providing modified schedule options & 'make up' classes on Wednesdays (or evening classes if space permits). Minimum registration is 5 weeks; choose the dates you will attend if not registering for the full package. Note: Your payment applies to the CURRENT PROGRAM ONLY; payment is *not transferable* to future Prenatal Yoga programs if you miss any of your scheduled classes in the current session. Registering guarantees your spot in the current session for the classes that you register for.
Important: If you must miss a scheduled class you may check to see if there is room for a 'make up' in another prenatal class *within the same program session*. There is always room in the Wednesday afternoon class for make ups & drop ins; we recommend that you contact the studio by noon on the "day of" to see if there is space available in an evening class as they are usually full. While we will do our best to accommodate you if you miss a class, we *cannot guarantee* that a spot will be available for you in the evening prenatal classes during the current session due to high enrollment.
