A class designed specifically for the changing needs of your body during pregnancy. Enjoy strengthening & relaxing while preparing your body for childbirth, making your prenatal experience more enjoyable and comfortable.
Mondays September 8th ~ October 20th @ 6-7:30pm with Natalia
Tuesdays September 9th ~ October 21st @ 7:30-8:45pm with Sara
Wednesdays September 10th ~ October 22nd @ 1:15-2:30pm with Natalia
* Note: there will not be classes on October 13, 14 or 15 due to Thanksgiving holiday this week
6 weeks $108 + gst; 4 & 5 week options also available (rates prorated accordingly)

*If necessary you may register for a modified schedule: minimum registration is 4 weeks; choose the dates you will attend if not registering for the full package. Note: Your payment applies to the current program as a package, not on a class-by-class basis; payment is *not transferable* to future Prenatal Yoga programs if you miss any of your scheduled classes.
Important: If you must miss a scheduled class you may "make up" the class at another prenatal class within the same program session *if space permits* (contact studio). While we will do our best to accommodate you, due to high enrollment in these classes we cannot guarantee that a spot will be available in another prenatal class that you are not preregistered in.
