Small Studio Drop-In Classes

Our Small Studio enables us to fit even more classes into our Drop-In Class schedule, but the studio space does limit these classes to smaller class sizes. For that reason we highly recommend using our online sign-up feature - or call the studio to reserve your spot. Also, please be sure to arrive before class start time as late arrival may result in losing your spot. The maximum capacity for our small studio classes is:

Pilates: Ball = 6; Mat = 8
Yoga = 10-12 (depending on the class)

Currently we offer the following Drop-In Classes in our Small Studio:
* Pilates - Ball: Mondays @ 9:15-10:15am; Mat: Thursdays @ 5:45-6:45pm & Fridays @ 9:15-10:15am
* Afternoon Yoga: Mondays & Wednesdays @ 2-3pm
* SSF: Strength, Stability & Flexibility Yoga: Mondays @ 6:30-7:30pm
* Restorative Yoga: Wednesdays @ 7:45-9pm
