Afternoon Yoga

We are happy to finally offer a yoga class designed specifically for people with a little extra time in the afternoon who are seeking a non-rigorous yoga class. If your body feels like it could use some gentle stretching and strengthening, this class is perfect for you. Originally we offered this class to 55+, but had requests to open it up to everyone.With the skillful use of props, modifications and posture sequencing, Deana creates a class that is both invigorating and relaxing.

Drop In - Mondays and Wednesdays at 2:00 - 3:00 pm
