Drop-In Updates

Saturday "Pilates & Stretch" with Christy - Starting July 23rd this class will move to Saturdays @ 9 - 10:15am for the remainder of the summer. This is a small studio class, online sign-up is recommended to ensure a spot.

Power Barre with Jessica - This class is taking the summer off, starting July 23rd. See you in the fall!

Barre SSF with Kristen - Wednesdays @ 9:30 - 10:30am until August 31st.

Alt-Yoga (All Levels) with Kevin - Tuesdays @ 6 - 7:30pm! You will explore, challenge & expand your existing practice and your understanding of what a healthy, Yoga-based body movement practice can be. Inspired by combining complementary styles of movement such as Vinyasa Yoga, T'ai Chi & Dance with safely aligned strength & flexibility practices, we will explore new frontiers, rework & reimagine yoga asanas and how they are sequenced, and boldly go where many yogis fear to go....

Wait-list: We use a "wait-list" feature for our Small Studio classes. This is how it works: It you sign up for a class on the wait-list you will be added to the class roster if/when an opening comes available. At the same time you will receive an *auto-email* advising that you have been removed from the wait-list and added to the class. If you placed yourself on the wait-list we recommend checking your email inbox up to one hour before class start time. If you are unable to attend: please "online cancel" or phone to advise as soon as possible to reopen the spot and to avoid being charged for the class. Please ensure that we have your correct email address on file (and that you have consented to receiving email notifications/reminders from us; note: Consent for Notifications does not mean that you automatically also consent to receiving our Newsletter/Promotion emails).
