We are pleased to announce that we are now offering a Pilates program. Looking to mix up your activities a bit? We now have the wonderful and inspiring senior Pilates instructor Christy Hayne offering Pilates classes at Yoga Mandala.
Christy Hayne has been teaching Pilates in Calgary for many years. Sadly, the space in which she has been teaching for years was flooded this spring. Having just opened our small studio at that time, we have been able to give Christy's programs a new home. Most of her programs are Registered Pilates Classes, but we are now able to offer a Drop In style class for all levels of Pilates practitioner - from beginner to experienced.
Come give it a try if you've always wanted to try it out, or come and add another practice session to your week.
Numbers are limited, as the style of teaching and studio size will limit the number of practitioners to around 9. We suggest you book online or call to register for the class. We are allowing you to Drop In ($16), or use your Yoga Mandala pass cards and unlimited memberships for this class. So come in and give it a try. We're sure you'll love it!
