Mindfulness Meditation

What better time could there be to begin a Meditation Practice? This registered class is for individuals who are interested in the practice of mindfulness and meditation. This class is suitable for anyone and no prior meditation experience is necessary.

In this class, you will learn sitting, walking and lying down meditations. The meditations are guided by Doug and they are of varying lengths to help bring variety to the practice. During the sitting practice, participants may either sit on the floor or in a chair depending upon their preference and comfort level. You will be provided with suggestions on how to apply mindfulness in your daily life.

This is a Registered program, but we do allow Drop In's if you'd like to give it a try.
