Join Kevin Elander, Britta Eriksson and Sara Villamil (Yoga Mandala) in a Teacher Training Program that will cultivate a deeper understanding of Yoga. You will gain the knowledge necessary to safely evolve and explore your personal practice and build your capacity to teach. The program includes a detailed exploration of yoga asana, meditation, functional movement anatomy, and teachings from various traditions of Yoga and Mindfulness.

In this training you will learn to experience the practice of Yoga in new ways and to 'See' the practice with new eyes. We will provide you with a solid foundation that will enable you to teach students of all levels and abilities. The teachings will draw from many styles and traditions of Yoga, providing you with the tools to safely practice and teach virtually any style of yoga class.

Kevin Elander - Kevin Elander, owner of Yoga Mandala, has practiced and taught many styles of yoga for over 19 years. Combining healthy functional alignment principles of anatomy with the flowing practice of Vinyasa Yoga, Kevin's approach to teaching is based on the real world, making it accessible, safe and challenging for students of all levels. Drawing on his background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and his years of Yoga practice and teaching, Kevin brings an in-depth understanding of the body and mind to his teaching.

Pricing: $3500 + GST (includes $500 non-refundable deposit)
