Effective Saturday February 13th the "Yoga for Runners" class will become "Saturday Yin & Yang", with Kris Cox @ 8:15-9:15am. Start your Saturday morning with an invigorating practice to jump-start your day! This "All Levels" class starts with vinyasa flow (the "Yang") and ends with some gentle stretching (the "Yin"). Whether you plan to follow your yoga practice with a run, family activities, or just an active day of running errands this class will get you off to a great start!
Note: There will not be a class on Saturday February 6th due to Yoga Mandala's "Evolving the Practice RYT200 Teacher Training" course in the Small Studio.
