This unique Teacher Training will inspire you to evolve and deepen your personal practice, as well as give you solid relevant teaching skills. Too often students leave Teacher Training programs feeling they are not ready to teach, and feeling they didn't learn what they needed in order to improve their personal practice or teaching skills. In this training we will teach you to truly teach, rather than simply learning to recite sequences. You will learn to treat students as individuals, rather than as part of a group. We will teach you to 'see' the students and give you the skills to make positive change in their practices and lives. We will teach you relevant information and skills that you will draw upon in your teaching career, rather than weighing you down with hours of information that is never used in everyday practice and teaching.

Many trainings follow specific asana sequences, philosophies & traditions. This unique training will draw from many different traditions. Different practice styles and approaches will be explored, giving you the skills to teach virtually any style of class to any individual or group of students. Underlying all the teachings you will learn in this training, is a strong belief in healthy alignment and foundation principles, so often missing in most yoga practices. You will learn how the body moves and how to improve upon it's mobility and health. From this base, you will be taught to see the practice in new ways. You will learn to instruct with relevant and clear language, and to modify or adjust a practitioner's practice in safe and creative ways.
