Power up your practice and bring out your "inner dancer" with this All Levels barre class focused on strength, stability, balance, and grace.

Barre SSF with Kristen Dorland
Wednesdays @ 6:30 - 7:30pm
This All Levels class incorporates the principles and movements of Barre, Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga, SSF - using a variety of props that will improve strength, flexibility, body-sculpting and toning and leave you feeling blissful! SSF = Strength Stability + Flexibility (using weights, exerbands, & more).

Aligned: Lengthened & Strengthened with Christy Hayne
Thursdays @ 9:15-10:15am
Not your typical Barre class! This class combines classical Pilates, Ballet Barre work and floor work. Learn to embody graceful movement while building long and strong muscles using classic Pilates and Ballet techniques.

These are Small Studio classes so online sign-up is recommended to ensure a spot!
