Welcome to Yoga Mandala


At Yoga Mandala our goal is to make yoga accessible to every body in a safe and welcoming environment. We have some of the finest teachers in the city who are encouraged to teach from their hearts and from the depth of their experience. This means when you come to our classes you will be introduced to different styles of teaching and approaches to the practice of Yoga. We hope this will enable you to find a class, a teacher and a style that resonates with you as an individual.

All of our classes are based on the Vinyasa style of Yoga which uses a combination of movement, postures and breath to build strength, flexibility and balance throughout the body.
We are conveniently located in Marda Loop and offer classes from early morning to evening, 7 days a week.

Come, practice, laugh, tip over, work hard, stand on your own two feet, stand on one foot, stand on your hands, stand on your head, relax and challenge your body, mind and spirit. Join us for the joyful practice of Yoga, in all its splendid diversity and glory.

Mum & Baby -- Second Section Added!
   Due to overwhelming demand, a second section of Mum & Baby Yoga has been added to our schedule. This is a registered class for Mums and their babies, newborn to walking age.

Yoga for Kids Ages 7-11
   A new registered class for Kids ages 7-11!

In this 45 minute weekly class with Sara Schwarz, kids will:
- Gain strength, flexibility, balance & coordination.
- Learn basic postures, breathing & visualization.
- Improve self-esteem and respect for others.

Early Bird Yoga
   Yoga for Early Birds is now being offered on Wednesdays AND Fridays!

The Early Bird catches the worm...and finishes their yoga practice in time to start the day feeling calm & balanced.
