Nartana Yoga
Nartana Yoga, or "Dancing Yoga," comes to life with a dynamic and challenging asana practice mixed with expressive dance movements.
Through a unique mixture of dance movements, resistance work, strength training and release techniques, we will dance our way into and out of yoga poses in this playful and lively class. Nartana Yoga aims to offer the mental and spiritual lift of yoga with the physical benefits of a dance movement workout. Choreography is simple -- we emphasize movement, not memorization. No prior dance experience necessary, though some prior yoga experience is helpful as this is an active and exciting mind-body movement class.
