Introduction to Vinyasa Yoga
New to Vinyasa or Ashtanga yoga? Here is where we will slow things right down. Students will be introduced to the Vinyasa Yoga practice that links breath and movement in a flowing sequence. Sun salutations, standing postures, balancing postures, modifications and some inversions will be introduced to new students giving them the confidence to move safely on to our mild and all level classes.
